"I readed and acept the terms of service", and a little box to click next to it. Is what you see in every register form when you sing up for any website. You are surely going to click it, else you can't join them. That is an hourrible and extremly long thing that most of the times says the same, that you already knew withouth reading it, or you just don't care to know. But, do you really read it?

If they tell you to read they terms of service, of coure they have nothing to hide in them, or else they wont put there terms of service and less mention them, i guess.

When first signing up to a sight, I don't generally read the terms of service. Its too long, and has a lot of info that I don't really care about. But I do always try to at least read the rules and important stuff about the site.

well, i usually check it first and read later. mostly later means never yes you are right. it usually takes a long time to thoroughly read the lengthy term and service, not to mention understanding it. still, in some sites (like mylot) i got time to read it. what i always read and learn before joining a site is the 'about' and 'faq'. in about, i can get the general information about the site, while in the faq, i mostly get what i want to know about the site.

I also read the FAQ almost everytime too, becouse i discovered that some sites said things like "Paying trought AlertPay and PayPal" in theyr home page but in FAQ they say: Q: How will i get payd? A: You will get payd BLAH BLAH BLAH trought AlertPay or PayPal (upgraded members only).

I never ever read any terms of service for anything on websites etc, that I join!!! Bet you are very shocked at that??? But don't worry, because I actually don't really know how to join websites properly etc as my pc skills are very poor, I leave it all to husband and he goes through everything with a very fine toothcomb and then if he is happy he will join me up.

Uh, who does that lol. It's like 10 or more pages of pure " do you agree on blah blah..." and stuff like that. I think that even the web admins know people don't read it xD. ALthough they are there for proper legal reasons. Just in case some legal problem occurs, the ToS really creates a layer of protection to the web admins. =d
