What's your favorite cuisine?

To be perfectly honest (and it was a difficult choice!) I would have to say italian. From their beverages to their desserts, italian cuisine is always over-the-top, decadent, masterfully produced food.

I love food! And it's so hard to pick cause there are many choices to choose from. But I like the Korean dishes most! I got to say they are one of the healthiest food ever made! I like Mexican food too, soft tacos are the best! Japanese is good, but I'd skip the super raw food, though I eat makis and sushis (once in awhile). Filipinos are just one of the best, when it comes to food too. I love grilled seafood and barbeques! Crispy Pata and Liempo are just the best! And PI got plenty of vegetables, I like "Laing and Pinakbet". Anything about lutong bahay! But we better watch out our cholesterol with these food!

I think it would be Japanese. I love my native cuisine of course, but being in the sector where Filipino food is at its best (I'm Kapampangan) - I know that it's my right to indulge in good Filipino food EVERY DAY. So for special occasions, we have foreign dishes - since not even restaurants can compare to how our cook prepares our food :D Japanese food is healthy and delicious and very much unlike Filipino dishes. I guess the variety makes me like it. Thanks for the response on my discussion!
