How to request cashout in Isabelmarco? / myLot

I have just reached $9 in isabelmarco but i am confused as to how i can cashout my earnings. I clicked convert to ads/cash but there i don't find how to request payment. Anyone plz advice. Thanks.

Yes my problem is resolved and i have requested payment. The payment request thru paypal/AP was not appearing earlier in the day may be due to some tech problems. So i am happy that i could cash out finally. Thanks all of you for your support.
