Who is your favorite Filipino Actor/Actress?How about the one you hate the most?

I like Eugene - the female comedian who's the supporting actress of AiAi in Tanging Ina. She's absolutely hilarious. Other than her... I don't like anyone else. Most of the older actors and actresses that still have projects and still frequent the TV screens are not that bad. HOWEVER, the younger ones - everyone aged 25 and below ARE CRAP. Seriously. It's embarrassing to think that these shows are aired outside the Philippines. Our people are known for various talents and skill and in showbiz, we show the whole world how utterly stupid we are for even allowing such crap talents on our screens. SHEEESH seriously. If we can't have a corrupt-officials holocaust, then next on my list would be talents holocaust. Thanks for the response on my discussion!

actually, i am not a fan of pinoy actors and actresses :) but i like the sexy starlets here :) LOLs

Based on observation, most of the artists from ABS-CBN turn out to be better actors. I've noticed that in terms of developing talent, ABS has done and continues to do a better job than GMA. Take the case of Angel Locsin who caused a brouhaha when she jumped over the fence. She may have had several hit series on Channel 7, but she was never able to develop her sensitivity as an actor while there. When she transferred to Channel 2, there was a marked improvement in her performance, so I guess the workshops they conduct for their artists are effective, or at least the mentors are able to draw out the artist. GMA is able to build up stars solely on the basis of popularity. But it has yet to develop a true-blue artista. Notice that the competent artists in 7 are those that came from 2. I don't particularly like Richard Gutierrez but he gets the big projects there.

I don't like Angel L., she eat hers words every time she utter a line. I like Maricel S. very versatile and professional.

I have my list of good actors/actress here in our country.Top of my list is Maricel Soriano,Sharon Cuneta,Vilma Santos,Judy Ann Santos,Dawn Zulueta.They act naturally and gives life to the role they are playing.Marian Rivera made good in "Marimar" but i think she should improve her acting in "Dyesebel"I don't see anything new from her.Saw her acting on Dyesebel,it seems i'm just watching "Marimar"

my fave is sarah geronimo. She deserve to be called a box office princess in showbiz. A very down to earth actress and has superb voice talent. I like kapamilyas' actors and actress, they are all professionals in acting. Obviously, their movies are always on the top and no one beats them in terms of movie profit earnings. Kapamilya Rule!

Ummm I can't really say who I hate the most. Because there are a lot of celebrities I hate. A lot of them are no good. As for my favorite, I can't say either because I don't have one particular actor or actress that I'm a big fan of. I have a lot of likes, but not enough to say that I'd watch everything they're on. If I have to categorize Filipino celebrities according to my taste, it'd be: a lot of hate (particularly newbies from GMA, and yeah, the other celebrities of the same company), a lot of they're okay (newbies of ABS-CBN), and a lot of likes (mostly kapamilya stars).

I like Christopher De Leon his versatile and looks good in a tuxedo, he proves that its not about looks it about talent to be an actor. I hate Mark Herras this man proves his there because of his looks and his dancing but men when he grows old can he still dance. He doesn't know how to act, when he cries his looks like he just doing something in the bathroom, you know what i mean.
