Health is very important for anyone.I have a health body,because i always keeping exercise.I like play badminton and walk with my boyfriend,when you taked the diner and walk some minutes,you will find your boby is very comfortable.The silk is keep away me. How about your healthy and how to keep the health?Tell me ,thank you!

I try go jogging with my sister and my girlfriend every Tuesday and Thursday and then if I'm not to busy, I play basketball on Saturdays. I also try to stay healthy by not eating too much junk food. I also drink a lot of water everyday.

YOU should do more exercises and pay more attention to the life habit.There times a day to eat .breakfast is very important ,you can eat some nutrution food,just like milk,egg,cake,and the lunch you should eat a litter meet and vegetable,and the supper you should eat litter and keep the method day and day,you can not eat more in the night.

Vitamin supplements that I take - Regular exercise plus vitamins plus eating proper equals good health
Hi there its me again.....I am healthy and I keep healthy by exercising. I exercise by climbing the staircase from groundfloor up to 9th floor in my apartment. When I had my dog (her photo is my profile photo) I use to take her out to pee pee and poo 3 times a day. Those days I would climb more times. But now that my dog has passed away, it's only once a day I would climb the staircase. I also teach children dance as in hip hop and ballet so that's where I get my exercise as well because I have to dance together with them. I love dancing ballet with them. Its fun and it makes you sweat. Everyday my husband and I take our regular Amway vitamin supplements. We eat only one main meal a day and that is lunch which consist of rice and dishes. For breakfast I would drink my fiber protein drink, my husband drinks a glass of warm milk. For dinner we take bread sometimes or biscuit with milk or oats, wheatbiscuit. The reason is we only take one main meal a day because we need to maintain our weight. And lately I noticed that my thigh is getting big....
