Water or Tissue?

stating the womens point of view , we dont care which u use as long as u do use either/or , or both!!!!!!

mostly water ,if water is cold then tissue.....

Tissue, and there's only tissue in the guy's toilet in singapore.. Thus in our public toilet, we can only use tissue, unlike gals's toilet, they have a choice of using water ^_^ Even if i'm at home, i will still use tissue unless i'm gonna shower after that, i will use both water and tissue ^_^ hehe

I am using them both ways for it is my way to feel myself clean every time I am in the bathroom and first it is the water with liquid soap during the washing then wipe it with tissue paper in the box like kleenex then I am done after washing both my hands..and I am so sure that it is the nicest way of doing and practice self hygiene.......
