1$ payout. Need HELP from you PTC gurus.

There is this brand new PTC site which has a payout of $1. It has a forum and an active admin. Seems good. But the thing is that to upgrade membership to premium, It costs just $19.9
Im wondering if I should upgrade. I fear Ill be wasting my money if its a scam. Its not even a week old. HELP! Worth it?

Personally I would not even consider spending that amount on a brand new site until I had proof of payment myself or from a trusted friend.
I upgraded last week on a new site for one month for $5 but I would not do the same for a higher amount.

They added a diamond upgrade too - and INSTANT payouts!

be careful in upgrading your account specially those site that not fully established. at first they will pay but later on they turn to scam. low payout site is the #1 on the list that later will become scam. observed first before you invest them.
