Dear friends I am from India . Recent flood in Bihar is a shameful for a country like India, which emerges as superpower. But we are lack of technology, we do not have disaster/crisis management team to tackle such natural calamities. Lakhs of people marooned, their family members and property etc. have been destroyed. Though our Hon'ble PM has announced a relief package and also people from all over the country have extended their hands to help the affected people. But do you think all these help will reach to the actually affected people or these helps will wiped out by the middleman . Pl. share your views. pkc3000
