What Actually Keeps Us Fit ?

Will anyone kindly answer what actually keeps us fit ? Some people say that it is a disciplined life gifted with an intake of balanced diet, regular exercises, good association and tension-free day. In view of others, it is a sense of security assured well in terms of money and matters and relations and everything taken together. One of my friends has once said that if a person has not learned the magic of balance he will surely miss the fitness. I must humbly state what happens with me and what has been happening with me always. It is that I feel sick if I do not find leisure and substances to think and if I cannot exchange what I do think with men and women around me.

I would say it is combination of social security as well as physical fitness. As you have rightly pointed out, we do feel depressed when we don't have anybody to talk with and share our experiences with. Companionship is as much required as is having your own space but inviting diseases without having a healthy life is not a good excuse for anything.
