War in Mindanao is still going on, many civilians Muslim or Christian affected with it. Many were harassed, many houses burned and even many were killed. With this, Vice Governor Manny Piñol submitted a proposal to arm his constituents those who were terrorist infected areas just to protect themselves. If you were the government you would grant Vice Governor Piñol requests?
