Do You have a set schedule for Your working life? Times to get up,eat,go to work, come home,go to bed? Do You need time to unwind once You get home from work? How long does it take You? How do You unwind? Do You Just couch potato or go online,or do you have activities to keep you going? Me,I need to unwind when I get home from work late in the evening way past the "Sociable" options some people have..It takes Me a good hour or 2 before I'd be ready to sleep!
Thanks for responses!

Yeah, it takes me a couple of hours to unwind. I usually catch up with some sport news or watch the entire replay of a baseball game. What's up with that? I'm a night person for sure but I always have trouble waking up. I can't wait for my teenager to get his license so he can drive himself to school and I get an extra 10 minutes to sleep in. That should help. LOL.

Ah yes, he still doesn't have one yet because it was gonna cost me $180 (US Dollars). If he waits till he's eighteen it will be free. Geez, another nine months to wait. A driving permit for minors does him no good. I will still need to drive with him, he can't drive alone. Oh no!!! Such is life.

You can get Your driving license for free there if you're over 18? How does that work?! Here in the UK,There's NOTHING free related to driving..It's Pay,and Pay,and PAY both when you're learning to drive and once You've passed "The Test"...You pay for your Learner's Permit, You Pay for the Full Driving License, and You pay for driving lessons..We don't do "Driver's Ed." Here in schools. The rules have changed here since I got My Test in the '80's..there's now a separate theory test as well as the actual driving test, and you have to pass the theory one first, and the driving test within a certain space of time afterwards..For Me,the Theory part was memorising the car's stopping distances, answering a few questions, and Identifying a few road signs from flash cards! I'm assuming the more recent theory test has to be paid for,too...

i can't go to sleep straigh after finishing work either but I think I am definitely more of a day person than night. If I stay up too late I just feel groggy and horrible the next day! x

Yep..I like to get my sleep time taken care of too,but If I'm still wide awake,I'll need to unwind somehow before then..

I am a day morning person. I like to get most things done early in the morning (household chores, cook, music classes). By evening around 5pm, I would done completed what I have to do and would start to relax for the day. I work from home so I do not have a schedule. It is flexible. But being a morning person, I get up at 7am or 7.30am and my day starts.

I've wondered would I have the aptitude to work from home..Do you keep it "Professional" while on the clock, having a room set aside as a home office with breaks and such factored in?

I think I am both. It just depends on who I get to spend my time with. If I am spending a lot of time with someone who likes early morning activities, then I seem to adjust myself to that. If I with some one who enjoys a lot of night activities, then I adjust myself to that. I am pretty much speaking in terms of relationships. I can't flip flop from day to day. I would probably die of exhaustion. But if I am involved with someone over a period of time and we enjoy ourselves together, I am adaptable.

That's interesting that like shift working, you can adapt to the different conditions in your lifestyle! Can I just ask,do you have a 9-5 kind of Job,or do you work irregular hours, like Me? My working week can change from one week to the next,so that unless I have time off booked at the beginning of the next week,I don't know what I might be doing on that day!
