well I was sick last week and my hubby decided to treat me to an out of town lunch so I'll be in good shape again. We went to a place in my country,Tagaytay, a high land and it was cold there and lots of fresh air. This place is very famous for hot beef soup. so there, I was healed almost instantly. fresh air and hot soup is the best! and also the view in the place is very calming. check out the photo below.

I think that enjoying life goes a long way toward having and keeping good health. Stress brings on many illnesses and diseases. I also think being close to nature was probably also therapuetic for you as well.

Oh you mean "bulalo" hmmm I know that place! We also do go to that place to taste that! The fresh air has healing effect I believe. In Tagaytay, air pollution is not as high as in other places because the place has lots of greeneries. The air is really fresh and that really helps those who have colds and cough. The beautiful surroundings can really relax tired body and soul. That made if for you! Well as for the beef soup, just be careful because of it's high cholesterol. But I'm glad you are well. Happy posting!

Yes, at Leslies, we also do go there once in a while but night time only when we want to taste bulalo along with other couples from our church. It's a nice place.

yes it is. we dine at Leslie's overlooking Taal. I don't need much of the beef, I just take in hot soup with some chili seeds (ah so hot!) but it does wonder to my ailment. Thanks mom!

It does do you a world of good to get away from it all sometimes.. What do you have, three children and they are all so young, I can imagine how hard it is for you to keep up with all of them.. I am assuming the three in the pictures are yours.. If they are, I know why you are so tired, three are a handful.. Take care of yourself and be well.. You may need to take a day off like this every week, it will help you to relax and recharge..

I do agree to a certain extent that enjoying life can heal you. I believe that the pleasant and calm atmosphere that you experienced was a helpful form of enjoying life more. You had time to relax and didn't have any stress. I believe that enjoying life comes with a good attitude. If you look at things differently it can really be a big help.
