Would you consider plastic surgery?

A nip here. A tuck there. Would you consider it? What would you have done? How much would you be willing to pay?

I had a nosejob when I was 19. Before I had it done it was extremely important to me and I thought about it constantly. Now I am 30 with kids and I wish I had that money back!! lol It wasn't worth it in hindsight.

Yes, I guess I think people should wait till they are older. The things that bother a teenager do not seem to bother a grown person =)

I think it could be all the melodramatic hormones at that time.

Life changes our priorities, doesn't it? Do you think that people should wait til they are older to do something like that? Thanks for the post:)

As we get older our bodies and facial features get older too,and we have to accept that,we develop wrinkles and creases, and those wrinkles and creases are us,they form our character, take a look in the glossy magazines and you will see the results of plastic surgery, the istorted faces that are filled with botox, the trout pouts that older women have givren them selves a a treat, and how daft it all looks. There are many older women who have had plastic surgery so much that they are pretty much unrecognisable,Farrah Fawcet Majors is among one of them,a beautiful woman who couldnt beat to let herself mature naturally, she took to the plastic surgery and has way overdone it.I see no wrong in resorting to plastic surgery if you have been injured and need some disfiguration put right,in that context theres a good reason for it,there are many burns victims who need to have facial surgery, but to use it for the sake of vanity alone seems silly to me,what about the other crinkly parts, the neck, the knees, the cellulite,so the face gets younger and the rest gets older?none too good a match really is it.

Yes. And it seems that a little of it is never enough. It appears to be quite addictive in its own way. Have you seen Meg Ryan lately? I didn't even recognize her! Thanks!

I would never consider plastic surgery to enhance my personal appearance unless i dont suffer a facial injury. I think that plastic surgery is artificial. I prefer to accept the way I am.

I will surely consider it. Besides in my part if i have lots of money I do wanna have my skin bleach and boobs enhancement. But well God doesnt given me so much money so i cant do it. It has being said that be contented of what you are for you are been created by God beautiful in all creatures He has. Why He give you small boobs He has a reason for that. Tan skin, He has a reason for that. Everything on earth has been made for a reason so individual should accept it.

I guess it would be alright if it was affecting the way you were living your life. If you were picked on or were extremely depressed about it. But even then, I don't think it truly changes the way a person feels about themselves. Thanks:)

The only thing I would consider (when the time comes) is a lift - and even that I'm not sure about. I guess I will decide when the time comes. Overall though, I think plastic surgery is a waste of money. I am happy with the way I look. Oh wait, I was born with a cleft lip, which got fixed when I was a baby. I have a scar but don't even think about it. If people do notice it (I had a great doctor), when they ask me, I am usually taken back - not because I'm offended but I forget that I even had one. I am very fortunate that mine was fixed because if I never was adopted I would probably still have it. Anyway, sorry, I guess I strayed from your question.

I don't think you really strayed from the question at all! Sometimes people REQUIRE plastic surgery for various reasons. I think it's great that your scar is a non-issue with you. You sound like you've got a good head on your shoulders! Blessings:)

Only if I had gotten burned or deformed in some way that called for it. I don't plan on getting any in my life time.
