What's your stand on having a relationship with a married person that is already separated from his/her partner? Are you in favor or not? Why?
For me, it is alright to have a relationship with a married person as long as his/her relationship with the original partner has ended because I think that person still has the right to fall in love and be love because it is not their fault that their marriage didn't last.

You will actually find that in some states it is illegal to take residence with someone that is separated. In fact at one time in NC if you were caught with someones wife even in separation he could sue you for alienation of rights or something to that extent.
Personally if the relationship is truly over I don't see the problem. Certainly if there is no love or meaning left both parties should move on. The only thing I would worry about in that situation is if the person being left for another person is over the relationship. Without a full fledged divorce that person could try to cause some headaches and problems.

Here in the Philippines, I think it is also illegal for a married person to live with someone. If your legal partner tells the authorities that you are with someone and your partner has an evidence, I think the authorities could charge you with adultery.
I just hope that the people here in the Philippines became more open minded because nowadays newly we couples easily gets separated. I know it's their fault for having a failed marriage but based on my experience both parties doesn't really want to get separated. It's just uncontrollable.
