Why is it that government employees can do a subpar job and this seems to be just fine? I had a packaged shipped from Delaware to Florida 16 days ago and it is yet to arrive. I call the post office and I get nothing but a rude snotty attitude and we dont know where it is at. You can't confirm or track like you are suppose to but you sure can bill me right? Next time I will know to go with UPS the non US owned business, maybe things will get done right then.

Do you know what method it was shipped by and if they had the correct address? Could it have been delayed due to any of the hurricanes?

Yes, it was media mail. No there are no hurricanes on the east coast right now. We are having no problems with the weather. The site told me 4-14 days so it has been 17 days. I wouldnt be so ticked but it is a textbook and I started class a week and a half ago.

Is media mail only 7-14 days? I thought it was up to 21 days. I could be wrong though. In my experience media mail is always super slow unless the package is really close by.
You said you could track it, what does the tracking say? If it was really mailed already, there should be some kind of location on the USPS website.

Supposedly, it was sent out of Jacksonville 5 days ago. Jacksonville is approximately 1 and a half hours from where I live.
