Mp3s are not banned in my school, it just depend upon the rules of my teachers.. somes allows us to use mp3s, and some does'nt want to.. i just use my mp3 in my free time, and when we are not doing anything in our class, because its our rest day or the teacher is just lazy to teach..hehe.. i think the use of mp3 players should not be banned, it should be regulated, like students cannot use mp3 players when the teacher is teaching lessons, when their is exams or etc (to avoid distractions/cheatings).. however, they can use this in their free time, and when its needed to facilitate learning... what's your stand on this? do you think it should be banned? or not?

I think that it is easier to ban them, as there is always someone within a school who insists in stealing other people's belongings. Also, some kids listen to them during lesson time, which causes problems when it comes to their learning, as they are not listening as much during lesson as they should be doing.
