Before the days of computers there was encyclopedia. I bought a set for my children when they were in school. I didn't have any when I was in school but one of friends did and I would go to her house after school and. use hers to get my homework. My children are adults now and my grand children probably don't want them. They have computers. Have you ever owned a set of encyclopedias? What can I do with these I have no use for them anymore, I don't even hear people talk of them anymore, do you think they are of any use?

I used to have some encyclopedias when I was younger. I had some when my children were growing up too. I can't remember what we did with them but I think we took them to a used book store. There are some used book stores that will pay you for your books. Maybe you can check on that or what about donating to a library?

Do what my mom did with hers which is take them to the salvation army or some other charity store so they can be sold and the money will go to help the people in need. That's what we do with all the things we don't need anymore unless we want to go through a headache of a yard sale. Naaaa!! lol

Hi Chevee, It is such a shame that all those beautiful books are not needed now because of computers, they were quite expensive in teir times as well, my brother used to go door to doors selling them many years ago and he has quite a selections ot them given to him by the company he worked for, but now its juct gathering dust. Maybe one day it will be worth a lot of money so keep them you never know. Tamara
