I caght a big ole possum a week or two ago, been feeding him out on corn. Bout ready to skin him out. Think I'll bake him in the oven with so tators and carrots,do you think I should put an apple in his mouth and cover him with bacon, any other ideas will be concidered. Please response.

apple will be fine. o course u got to have onions in there. u can also add turnips & celery if you like them. there is alot of fat in a possom'.

Yeah; I was going to have the turnips on the side, but onions a must. how about some buzzard eggs, do you know were I might get some? I think delived buzzard eggs would go nicely with bake possum.

i don't have a clue. know alot of buzzards but they don't lay eggs.

come on hardluck. i am from mississippi and and we quite eatin possum at least a year or two ago. Ya'll over there in Georgioa still that behind? haha

Waiting on hunting season to come in, getting low on meat, and graden was bad. So we'uns is hungry over here. Would work planting these Vidalia onion, but the work is same time as deer season. So what's a man to do hunt or work? The right answer is hunt.
