Firefighter Revives Cat With Mouth to Mouth

Al Machado found a cat inside an apartment building. Seiing that it needed air, he began performing mouth to mouth as he carried it outside. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080911/ap_on_fe_st/odd_kitty_resuscitation I'm glad the cat is all right.

That's brilliant! How lovely that this firefighter treated the little cat as a precious life, just as he would a human being. What a fantastic story.

That is so cute! I think I would marry that guy. Easily. I'm glad the cat didn't get scared and scratch up his face, because cats do tend to do that when they're in a panic situation. They don't really seem to understand the concept of help. What a great guy! He risked that just for a cat.

That is very nice! I love hearing about stories like that! I love animals and it is really a touching thing to watch a hero perform an action like that! Some people would probably think "Yuck! I could never do something like that!" But, I guess, you see a poor animal in distress or suffering, and then you will go the extra mile, the adrenalin starts to kick in! Andrew
