Have you received an e-mail that says that Bill has a list of things he's like to change in America? I checked it with snopes and it is a total hoax. It's also been passed off as coming from other celebrities. They do not know the source. No one is claiming it. Just thought you should know. Did you get this e-mail? Did you forward it to anyone?
