How can i transfer my alertpay earning to my paypal account?

I have reached payout in several ptc sites i've joined in. All of them pay through alertpay. Unfortunately, here in the philippines alertpay doesnt yet support the transfer to a local bank account. We can only get the money through cheques and that would take quite a long time. So im wondering if the money in my alertpay account can be transferred to my paypal account. At least in paypal i can transfer money to my local bank account without much hassle.
