The Squid and the Whale by Noah Baumbauch. Absolutely gorgeous filmed, I was hooked the whole way through. I look forward to more films by this director.

Sure! It's a look at how a family in Brooklyn deals with a divorce. That's the basic idea, but the story was weaved together well with a lot of texture. I haven't seen such good characterization or acting in awhile. I also haven't been as intrigued by a film in awhile until I saw this. It looks at the painful emotional effects of a divorce, and the four lives it directly effects.

aside from dark knight and the incredible hulk which are obvious favorites among us, i've recently watched the strangers. its pretty scary and thrilling. i can't wait for the sequel.

I think I like John Rambo, it surprises me in many ways, at first I was hesitant to see it since you would think of an 80s film series, surprisingly though, the movie was full of action with much blood bursting scenes ! The thing that fascinates me also is that, Stallone was at the same time the director of this film, wow that was just great !!! Next to this film was 21, its fun and intriguing movie too, these are the last good film I watched.

Hi witchywillow, Do you know I cannot remember as I haven't watched any films for a long time, maybe it was Lord of the Rings because I bought the DVD and just watched it onece and that was a while ago, that was a good film. Blessings Tamara
