Do You Curse yourself to reach in Time

I am raising this discussion about the people who do not bother to reach in time for attending to important meetings which are pre scheduled. Some people are with the habit to always reach late and we have to wait for time to dispose off some of the important work. Our team of Officers was to conduct inspection of our field offices and I have advised and assigned different people to attend the important assignments. I my self was to receive the team at Railway station. I deputed two persons with the display signs to be at the Railway Station before the train reaches there. I reached there for supervision of the advance arrangements. I was much disturbed when the people I deputed were not there and the train was due to reach. It was really embarrassing position for me. Because I have display signs with me so that I could depute some with me for the purpose. I have to go to the compartment my self but before the train halt one the person deputed for the purpose reaches. How do you feel when the people you depute for a particular work do not reach in time.Please discuss and comment.
