Which vegetables do your kids like to eat?

Vegetables may not be the kind of food which kids prefer, especially when they have other delicious, though not-so-nutritious offerings. My daughter does not like her leafy vegetables. Since she likes scrambled eggs, I would chop the leafy vegetables very finely and add into the eggs before frying them. So far, she took it well. She prefers something she can hold in her hands and munch into it. Sometimes she would eat her carrots, at other times she doesn't. Sometimes I'm a loss as what to give to her. If she does not get enough fibre, she will be a bit constipated. So which vegetables do your kids like to eat? How to do serve them to make them attractive enough to eat it? Maybe I can get some ideas from parents here at myLot. Thank you in advance for responding.

Well, I usually serve my vege in a soup. And mash the veges up together with rice, the kids eat it without any problem. No, I do not have kids of my own yet. But I do help out with the kids that my mum looks after. I know kids do not like to eat their vegetables. One way to make them like it is to cook them with meat. This is to allow the vegetables to soak up the juices of the meat. That way, the full taste of the meat in the vegetable may encourage them to want to eat the vegetable more. My favorite is to cook stew. I can put a whole host of vegetables in them. And together with a whole rack of meat in it, it makes for a whole rounder meal all in one pot.

My kids have both always loved their veggies...not all veggies of course but I can't think of ANYONE who loves ALL veggies....The favs with my two are things like celery, salads, cukes, carrots, corn, broccoli, snap peas and so on...
