How to earn more in Mylot?

Freinds...i am the member of this group since last 20 days.But till now i am not clear how the calculation has been done regarding the payment for each of these posts???If any one has any knowldge or experience,then share with us.

Hi there, try start 1-4 discussion that really good to talk about, and post response to other's discussion board about 1-5 lines, and wait for myLot update our earning, I'm sure myLot will pay you for everything that you've done.
Posting and responding to other's discussion usually mylot give you 1 / 2 cents per posts, if you get the mark as the best repsonse by the discussion starter, you will earn extra 5 cents. Or try to get referrals, you will get 25% of their earnings.
