How often do you move your furniture around?? Do you always move the furniture when you vacuum or sweep?? If you don't what do you find under there when you do decide to move them??
I like to rearrange the furniture every two months or so. It depends on how i'm feeling. I don't move the couches just to vacuum. but I will move the dining table chairs to clean. When I do move the couches, its amazing the things I find. I'll find socks, books, pens, and sometimes money.

I practice Feng Shui, so I find I'm always moving things to get the best flow of Chi in my home. It's probably at least once a week, though I tend to move the couch daily because of my 2 1/2 year old.

my place is small so re arranging the furniture all the time isn't good. i only did it twice when we got new furniture and when we had to move everything after they sprayed the apartment for bugs, but that was only minor things. what i find under there...things that have been lost. mostly my kids stuff and trash. sometimes i'd move one of the couches because its easy to move. i don't move the other one because its harder and there are a bunch of boxes stuck under them so it would stay sturdy. i can't move my entertainment unit so i just take a long stick and sweep through there to try to get things out.

I usually move the furniture around twice a year just for a change. i don't move much when i clean. in our livingroom it is really easy to move the couch because it is light and we have hard wood floors. I usually will move it when i clean because the kids lose all sorts of stuff under there.
