I first learn baking from my mom who is a teacher who taught home economics at school. My only recipe of cake baking back then was basic pound cake which i have been baking ever since. This year, I have been a bit more adventurous and looking up for new recipes over the internet and found a good chocolate moist cake recipe which i love to bake and my children loves it. I also love to make cheeseecake, no matter whether it is with the digestive base or the baked type(without the base). What type of cake do you bake?

I love making chocolate and peanut self-saucing pudding - it's decadent, scrumptious, ultra-chocolate delight, and is incredibly easy to make.

My favorite cakes are chocolate Devil's Food cakes. Yum! I then cut it up and add chocolate pudding on top of it. Layer whipped cream on the pudding and sprinkle sliced almonds over the whole thing. This is my favorite dessert of all time. I also like Pineapple Upside Down Cake. My husband doesn't like it though so I never make it at home.

Is'nt it strange how if others in the family don't like a dish or something we enjoy eating we stop making it for ourselves and only cook what the family enjoys eating, lol, why is that?

My favourite cake is either Spice cake or good old chocolate. It depends on my mood and how close it is to the "time of the month". I'm not fussy though, I'll eat just about any kind of cake, except for pineapple, don't like pineapples so anything with them in it is off my list of stuff to eat.

I used to make quite a lot of sponge cakes but whatever happened over the years they don't seem to be so fluffy any more so I gave up baking them. Now I like to cook plain madeira cake as everybody in my family likes it. I like to eat it warm with lots of butter on it and sometimes I also use jam...which is also homemade.

My favorite cake is texas sheet cake. I love this cake because it is just so rich and tastes so yummy with a cold glass of milk. Problem is that I do not have a good pan to make it in and this recipe is so tempermentle. My second favorite cake would have to be chocolate cheese cake. I guess I just love chocolate anything!

I have many different chocolate cake recipes that I use as well as moist orange cake ,and choc chip muffins ,these seem to be the ones I most bake nowadays due to no time or energy and these are ones the whole family loves to eat and are quick and easy for me to make.

i tend to bake buns of all sorts. My victoria sponges don't tend to raise very high. I like flapjack and anything really that is easy or doesn't have too many ingredients in it
