Question for Obama and McCain

Juvenile crime is a real problem. How will you solve it and also reduce drug dealers.Everyone is welcome If outside USA state where you are from and what type of juvenile crime do you have and how are you dealing with it.

What can they do? Unless said crime takes place over interstate borders or violates direct federal law, the problem is one for state and local law enforcement, unless you advocate the presence of federal agents policing city streets and neighborhoods. There are programs that provide federal funding for police departments and state agencies, these funds could be looked at and reasses what they fund. I supose too that we could look to provide increased federal funding for grants to communities that run youth programs, mentoring, community centers etc. But there in no way should federal agecies ever be involved in local law enforcement.
