I think that he deserves to pay for what he has done. I don't neccessarily agree with the way he was brought into the legal process. Bush invaded his country under a false pretense and with that I wonder why Bush isn't put up to trial for his crime. Revenge is not a reason to invade a country and kill innocent people.
