How difficult for pregnant lady ?

How much difficult it is for a pregnant lady to job hunting while pregnant and after the birth of a child. One of my friend told me it is real difficult for her.

I think it depends on the culture. Here in North america, it's illegal to discriminate against any one, so they can not deny the woman a fair interview or not give her the job because she is pregnant. The only way she can not get the job is if she is not qualified, and that can be proven.
