Most of us have a tendency to crave for food once in awhile and sometimes the gruesome part of it, eating becomes more of a gluttony than a necessity or a luxury. I had this experience with one of my brothers that even if he's full from a meal already, my brother still manages to eat just for the idea that he must have it all. Quite weird but true. Some of us just eat for the heck of it. Maybe this is one of the cause of obesity. Recently I learned "French Diet" where they think of food as friends and companions and treat eating as luxury more than a necessity. They eat slowly to digest and taste the food well. Nice way of eating, as I tried it. Even though I eat almost everything and anything, just as I do it slowly I actually don't gain that much. I just maintain my current weight. You? How do you eat? Do you still eat even if you are already full from a meal?

I will not eat if I am full. It is not good for your stomach if you have too much. But when I go out for a dinner with my wife in a restaurant, I often have too much because she eat only a little and I don't want to waste the expensive and delicious foods. We usually have to have a long walk after we have a dinner in the restaurant because I am very full.

Oh good point there man. I also do that too. Same as eating the leftover from my wife just because I dont want to waste what I paid for. Also, I take long walks which really pisses her off. Lol.Thanks.

Im not often hungry...but I am pregnant so I make sure I eat three meals a day plus two snacks so I can get the proper nutrition for the baby.
If I wasnt pregnant I would only eat once or twice a day...Im just never hungry

Well, you're an exception. You have to eat more often. Its for you and the baby. That's how I took care of my wife I just fed her almost all the time until she gave birth to our first son. All your cravings must be granted its actually good for the baby and you.

If I am full, why would I continue to eat? I eat until I am full, and then I stop.

It depends what is on my plate. I tend to love sweets and I know I eat way too many of those. I also over eat when we go to restaurants. Paying high prices for food makes me want to finish all of it to get my money's worth. When we are at home, I am pretty good about watching what I eat. I like the idea of the French Diet. Maybe I will try that!

That french diet seems interesting,As forthe answer to your question.I dont eat that much because i also got to maintain my figure and I also think that it is not healthy to eat too much because your stomach might not be able to digest it all and there are also some other health issues concerning abouteating too much that i want to avoid.Hope you liked my response, have a nice day.

Eating is just not my thing - often times I literally forget to eat. If I am doing something else, I just don't think to eat. Just a couple nights ago, I had a little break from my thoughts and said to myself - "I'm hungry" so I stuck something in the microwave and promptly forgot. I finally remembered almost three hours later that I had something in the microwave.
I know, this probably makes me sound like I'm missing a few screws :). However, I must say that I have had a couple episodes where I have literally collapsed from not eating. Thankfully, hasn't happened in a while and my husband reminds me to eat when he is not around. WHen he is around he cooks and cooks faboulously - I definitely eat then!
