It's not really easy to be a career woman and mother to your family. You going to find it hard first but later on if you know and have strategy how to manage you time, everythings going easy. It's just a matter of time managed and adjustment. But sometimes that's hard to do because when you get home, your already tired.Sometimes you dont have time for your kids but give them time every weekend.

as a working mom i wake up early like 5am. cause ill have to cook for our breakfast, clean the house. after that before waking up my daughter ill take a bath and wear my office clothes. then, ill wake up my daughter let her take a bath and wear her school uniform and give her breakfast. before going to the office, ill bring my daughter to her school and thats the time for me to go to work. same as going home, put the dirty clothes to the washer while cooking and fixing things in the house of course besides teaching my daughter and helping her to do her assignments and projects. im a super mom you know. hahaha after dinner thats my time to take a shower and be ready to sleep. ive no time to watch tv cause im really tired of working.

I am a working mom, I go to work from Mondays to Fridays 8 hours a day. I believe that planning your time will be of great help. In my case my Mom lives with me and I have a nanny too, so, it is much easier, but as a mother to two kids , a two year old daughter and a six months old son, I make sure that I have quality time with them. I make sure that their daily things are okay and I usually plan everything at home before leaving the house. from the foods to lists of things to buy and list for the kids stuff to do.. I make sure that while at work I made contact with them thru phone to check out everything.. The best part of it is that, my husband and I agreed that during weekends it is a family time.. and we make sure to bond with our kids if there is always available time.

It is very hard to be an organized mom, housewife, full time employee outside the home, and still find some time for yourself. I am a part time employee and a full time mom, housewife, and I home school my kids. It is hard but as long as you are fairly organized,it can work. Make a list of things to do each day and that will help a lot.

I am a working mom and always have been. I am also a single mom and have raised 4 children with very unpredictable child support and also very little child support. I currently still have a 14 year old at home. Times are easier other than financially. Dad has a role in their lives but it is minimal. I have to maintain both home and work. we do ok. My work ethics did set a positive example in my all are hardworking people and out on their own.

Managing the home is not an easy task especially if your just a new mom. Take it one at a time. Just think you are working in your job, planning the first thing to do in your household chores then the next and so on. Manage also your time in every chores you do. Organize everything or jot down in your planner what are your plans for the day. You will see you can do it.
