how do like to have your food

i used to eat speedily bcz i get only 25 minutes break at my office and dont get time exept than due to this now i am habitual to eat alone and eating faster is it good for my health or it will spoil my health tell me???

I think it is better to eat slowly, I read somewhere you should chew your food so many times it can even help you lose weight, it tricks your stomach or something to that affect...

I have the same thing eating slow is good. I warded once a pawn shopp on salary we had no lunch hour. We had to eat between clients a bite here and there. In order to eat it hot and fresh had to eat its fast. I honestly cant say its helped me. Better to take small bites and checw chew chew. Helps digestion process i think. I really enjoy taking my time saving the food and eating with chops helps. Bon Apetiate how ever its spelled. hehehe :)
