Who gets the arm of the chair at the movies? / myLot

Do you take the arm rest of the chair or do you normally find that you get pushed aside? Is there a legal solution to this problem? What do you do at the movies?

which chair in the theatre or in the house? if you mean in the house, what i do is, before the DVD is even put inside the machine i make sure i am sitted and ready to watch, that way i have already taken the arm rest, but yours is a situation where your more than two people in the house, make sure that you settle in before the movie starts, this way you have already established your spot.
