Does anyone still remember the manga/anime Manison Ikkuku?

maison ikkoku of Rumiko Takahashi? I heard of it but I am not familiar with it though. Yeah, it was one of the earlier and popular works of Rumiko Takahashi, I think she made it around 1986 and before Ranma 1/2. But sadly, I didn't read the manga nor watched the anime, but perhaps, if I have a time, I would read it.
