can you recommend a model???

what model would you suggest??? my requirements are cheap, flip-top and with camera and bluetooth...even with out memory card..i wanted to give my little brother a gift...what model can you suggest??? thanks guys...

a model for ?? a phone? a digital camera? A phone- I think the Tmobile brands are pretty good and price is pretty reasonable.

What about Motroall V3 its good ohone or Go for Samsung E250, its slide one and nice handset take care
