I'll admit it I'm tired of summer squash and can't wait for the winter stuff to come in. Isn't that the way of it, you can't wait for summer and then you can't wait for the next season. I did find a great summer squash corn bread and did a few modifications to it. I love to do that to receipes, don't you? I usually follow the original the first time but after that I modify. What I don't always do is write down what I changed that really makes me sorry when I go to repeat and can't remember how I changed it. Does this happen to you?
