Is Bux.to going to "come back" ??

Hey, I think everyone who is interested on PTC sites knows and has a Bux.to account. We all know about the problems they say they've had till now and all the promises they've done and broken so far... Now it SEEMS that they're doing things well and they want to "come back" and be the best PTC again... but do you think they really want to ?? If so, do you think they'll make it ??? In my opinion, I think they do want to, because if they wanted to get the money and run they could have done it long time ago... but in the other hand I remember about all the promises they haven't kept and I don't know what to think... Post your answers !!
