What kind of job do you call this???

Ok, one time I was in a bank making a deposit and there was another woman there on a cell phone, also making a deposit. I overhead her talking to her boyfriend or husband about how much she makes at work. She said something like this: "I just got my bonus, it was $32,000. The one I got last year was like $15,000. When I first started, I got $7000." Mind you, this happened at a bank in manhattan. All I can remember was two things: Feeling like punching her in the head and wondering WHAT KIND OF FRIGGIN JOB PAYS THAT MUCH MONEY?!?!?? That has to be something in marketing/sales right? What kind of job do you think this...yuppie... has?
