I always do it the easy way. I'm a CNA and what I do is what we call Bowel Training. At first you start off by taking your daughter to the potty every 15 minutes. Have a timer there and when it dings sit her on the potty for about a minute to see if she does anything. Then take her back off and set the timer again for another 15. Do this for about 3 days. Always make sure before you take her you'll say, do you have to go potty?
After the third day take the step a little further and back it up to 20 minutes and let her know don't go potty in your undies because i'm taking you to the potty in just one second. After the timer dings for 20 minutes do the same for 3 days. Then it's time to lengthen it out a bit more. Make sure to ask her if she has to potty. And then proceed with taking her to the potty and sitting her on it for a minutes.
After that third day do it for 25 minutes, but always make sure to let your daughter know the same thing. Only this time tell her that if she doesn't go potty in her diaper all day you will give her a special snack. Do that for three days and gradually increase it by 5 minutes increments until you reach the point when she will let you know when she has to potty. During all of these steps it is very important to ask her if she has to go potty when you do that it will occur to her that if she has to go potty then she will give you some gesture that she has to do so. This is always the easiest way. Nurses and doctors have been using it for years, i just converted it to my children to get them out of diapers fast. My son was potty trained at 2 (I didnt want to try it before then, and my daughter is potty trained and she is 15 months old) Good Luck on potty training.

i would say she is ready thats when my daughter did, but my opinion if you start using the potty i would be out with the diapers i just think it confuses them i took my daughter straight to panties when she started doing that and she did really well she still had accidents but there wasn't many now i would keep a couple diapers at the beginning when you go out or something that way you don't have a mess on your hands but i think your daughter is ready for the potty just make it fun for her everytime she goes, we use to sing silly little songs like pee pee in the potty and she loved it you know how lil ones are they like to be silly.but good luck with it she should do great starting this early.

I would have the potty in the room she is most of the day and allow her to sit on play with it and if she uses it loads of praise if she doesnt just say never mind and clear it up, she is still very young and it can be difficult for them to work out what signals are being sent to their brain so just take it slow and at her own pace some pick it up quicker than others x
