What are mylot payrates

Unfortunately, it appears that there exists no clear cut methods of determining exactly how myLot determines how you are paid and for what but they must use some kind of formula to establish the funds allocated. This process seems to be kept purposely cryptic, for obvious reasons. However, with respect to their terms of service and user guidelines, myLot is quick divludge that information.
