why do you need a take charge attitude?

the answer to dealing with difficult bosses who are nit pickers or people who hange over your shoulder.the serenity prayer encourages you to change the thing you can and learn to accept the things you cant. you can use this at work by changing your relationship which is easier and less frustrating than trying to change your superivior. shifting your own attitude can help you can feel less like a victim.learn to make decision like your boss.

Always . After I have learned something I take charge of what I do. and it dont make me nervous to have some one time me or look over my shoulder for I really know what I am doing!

ave to take charge and be strong if you are weak you will never get anything done at all you always answer to other before you act so you will need a take charge atitude.

yes I agree we cannot change others, we can only change ourselves.

thats true even to change ourself is hard word we have to keep working at it.it seems to be a never ending job.
