Have you ever downloaded a file that has a virus on it?

For me it is typical that I catch a computer virus maybe at least one in two months becaus I really love to download stuff from the internet,But luckily I have a good anti virus which blocks those harmful programs away from my computer.How about you have you downloaded a file that has virus on it?Have a nice day and hope you post your responses,Thank you.

Many a times i download a file which contains some threat/virus in it but my anti-virus automatically detects it and deletes it.

Lots of times I guess, the last time my computer was reformatted about 3,000 files were already contaminated by the virus. I like downloading files such as songs and movies before, though it was not safe, I usually choose that method since it's for free. After the incident with my computer though, I decided to purchase softwares and the like rather than downloading them for free.
