Internet scams are very popular...some are saying that you won money through their lottery and some are offering jobs. DoLE warns the public about the scam job offers. Job seekers must verify first the legitimacy of any job offer in the Internet, both for local and international, through DoLE. Labor and Employment Secretary aired the warning after receiving reports from their office in region 7 (Cebu). A South African couple who was easily cheated by unscrupulous persons offering non-existent jobs in the Philippines through the Internet.
