On Obesity

It is said that one of the reasons for the fall of the Roman Empire was gluttony of the then Romans. Presently obesity is a great problem in the USA and in other developed countries.
Do you think this obesity will be instrumental for the fall of the USA ?

I don't think so. Not all Americans are gluttons! Actually a lot of Americans are health conscious nowadays. Americans who are gluttons are just a small fraction of their population. The health products that are out in the market and the exercise machines and videos that I use now are actually from US. I believe that the Americans are more health concision now than before because even the fast food chains are making the meals that they serve more healthy. There's a lot of things that can be cause of fall of America but definitely not obesity. It is too far fetch.
