I've been getting these magazines for about a year. They are just great! I made a "Beef and Taters" dinner out of one of them today. Mashed potatoes with a beef patty similar to salisbury steak, and onion gravy. Every single recipe I've tried from the Rachel Ray magazines is just delicious and mixes up pretty quickly! Have you ever tried any of the recipes from these magazines? What did you think of them? Is there another cooking magazine that you like?

I use to watch 30 Minute Meals with Rachel Ray on the food network back when I had cable TV. I really liked the show. I never made anything that she did. I do not get magazines or anything of hers. 
I do not get any cooking magazines. I guess that if I want a recipe I would just get it free online!@PearlGrace (3171)

Yes, getting the recipes free online is a great idea, plus you don't have to store the cookbooks and magazines. But I must say, I love to sit and browse through cookbooks and cooking magazines. I don't know why, but I just do. And the recipes I get online? I print them and have them stored in files in the kitchen. Help me, I'm drowning in recipes!!!

I get her magazine too, I love it, I haven't tried any of the recipes in it yet, but I keep telling myself I am. I've tried some of her recipes off of her show on tv, and they are always good. Thats about the only cooking magazine I get or like...Have a good day

Hey there walijo2008. Rachel Ray's recipes out of the magazines are really good ones. I usually try at least one out of each magazine and they've all been quite tasty. I've also got 2 of her cookbooks and have made many of the meals from them. Several of them are our "repeat" meals. I also like the Cooking Light magazines but I've never subscribed to that one. I very occasionally pick one up at the store.
