How often do you clean or organise your favourites folder?

Whenever I'm visiting a new site, if I'm interested in the site, I would add it into my favourites list. Also if I could not read the site information at that time, I would put it in my favourites so that I can visit the site sometime later. In addition I have my own list of daily visits. Because of all this my favourites folder becomes a big mess. So I clean my favourites folder atleast once in a week or 10 days. I delete all the unnecessary links, organise the needed one by moving to sub-folders etc..This helps me to maintain my favourites folder in a neat way. How about you? How often do you clean or organise your favourites folder?

It is a very good habit and it saves too much time also.I am also planning to have all the interested sites in my favorites so that I can easily log on and do my work. It is good to have a separate folder for this purpose. Now since long I want to delete the junk mail from folder but I am not getting time.

I don't put sites to favorites folder very often. I do it only in case it is very important and I might forget the address of the website. Yes we need to organize our favourites folder into sub folders to make it easy to navigate later.

That is a right option. But many times, I would not be having enough time to look over the site. So i would just aDd the site to my favourites to check back again. And many times, I would forget the site. It is when I'm organising thE favourites folder, that I would be checking the site. So I have to check out my favourites folder for this itself..

At the first time I knew internet, I always organize my favourites/bookmark folder once a week. But since now there are thousand links here, I got lazy to organize or even open it again. :P

That is true too. When we start to use the computer, we are very conscious about everything - favourites, history, temporary folders..We are more conscious about our online security. So we keep our PC clean and neat with minimal links. But as usage increases the concentration and time spent for this decreases.
