Do you think the time of posting a discussion influence the number of responses?

I do believe that the time of posting matters. I think I can explain you a bit. Now I don't think that so many people are online. We can just guess by seeing the time of discussions getting started. If many people are online, then for every second a new discussion will be started. That means many are online. So when you start a discussion when many are online, there are more chances for them to notice and reply you. If you just start in another timing, your friends can view your discussions in "Friends Started" tab. But not others. People other than your friends will have less chance to view your discussion. Once if it goes to the 2nd page, no one will be looking at it. At the same way, I also take care of the time to add comments to my discussions. Through these we can definitely make more number of responses. Happy mylotting.

I do not think so because at what time you should post discussions for fetching more responses can not be specified because the readers are from different countries and their times timings are different from that of the U.S.A. I think now a days there are more responses to the casual discussions than the serious ones. Because responding to the casual discussions takes a little while responding to the detailed and reasoned discussions takes more time. People intends to make their score also.How you see it please comment and have a nice day.

i have heard the same thing. may be the time of posting affect the no of posts very much. i also think so. may be at certain time if i post I amy get better number of responses than what i get

Indeed! I just wonder.. American guys are sleeping now! They have no way to response, don't they? What about other people, I am not sure

I am not sure. If the discussion is interesting then people will answer it & it will not be limited by time. But there are some discussions which requires good timing for responses.
