so happy... i just upgraded my RAM from 512 to 2 GB... yipeee!!!!

hi there... i know, i know... it seems very geeky but i am so geekily and nerdily happy to have my RAM upgraded from 512MB to 2 GB... hehehehe.... my laptop now seems faster and loading photoshop and other heavy softwares are way way lighter... hehehe... i am very excited because i will be installing CS3 soon... maybe tomorrow... hehehehe.... how about you? do you get excited with tech upgrades? happy mylotting and hope to hear from you soon. ~ shiloh

hi SaintAnne, RAM is just the random access memory. if you are using alot of heavy softwares, it is a must.. hehehe... happy mylotting...

Oh! That's super! My RAM is only 1GB but it's fine for me. 2GB RAM will run faster a lot. How lucky you are! I love China

i just purchased a macbook and a hp desktop both with 2gb ram.. they have core2duo processor and much bigger hard drive than my old computers.. now i'm planning to upgrade my 3-yr old acer laptop from 512mb to 2gb ram, before i give it to my parents.. but my brother told the upgrade is not needed, anyway they don't need so much applications.. i love upgrades.. now i'm planning to upgrade my wi-fi router b/g to n..

That's great news regarding your upgrade! I guess I'm starting to fall behind now! I still have 512MB and the maximum I can go up to on my system is 1GB. I'm going to be doing this shortly. If I want to progress any further as regards memory, it looks like I'm going to have to purchase a higher spec motherboard!! Andrew

hi there... i know how you feel... my laptop's chipset has the maximum of 2GB RAM.. .i was already planning to buy 2GB now and add another 2GB next month... eeekkk... no can do... happy mylotting!!!!

my pc have 256mb ram, but i reconfigure my pc and it run a bit faster and dont have plans to upgrade, but to replace, yes ! lol...
