which piza you like most?

I love pizza, and it is so easy to make from scratch. To make the base, you only need flour, yeast and water. I use strong white flour, about 450g makes 2 decent sized pizzas, with a sachet of fast-action yeast. Mix this up with water and a pinch of salt, form it into a ball shape, then put it in a bowl, cover with a tea-towel and leave somewhere warm until it has doubled in size. Then, you just roll it out and pop it on a baking tray. Brush with a little olive oil. Next, make the tomato sauce. Everyone likes it done a different way, but I personally blend up a tin of tomatoes (you could use passatta), add in a clove of garlic, some oregano and tomato puree. Simmer this on the hob until it is reduced and quite thick. Put the sauce on the base, then layer over some sliced mozzarella. I usually grate some other cheese over the top as well, then put on whatever toppings you require (if you're putting meat on, I'd recommend cooking it thoroughly prior to putting it on the pizza). Stick in the oven on about gas mark 6 for quarter of an hour to 25 minutes. Et voila! Fresh, homemade pizza!

I just love pizza with seafood. I also like pizza with tuna fish. A while ago, I just ate regular pizzas, but since I tried these I just love it.

yum yum..i love pizza too, hawaiian pizza is the best for me coz ilove the pineapple. i am sorry i dont know how to make a pizza because i love to order it in my favorite pizza house and my favorite size is the family's. i can eat as much as i want too..without eating any food.
